Bottom Pouring Type Stir Casting Furnace with Vacuum Casting Setup - For Magnesium Melting Purposes

- Vacuum pump creates high vacuum in a vacuum storage tank.
- Steel mold is placed in a closed chamber with rubber as gasket sealent.
- Melt is poured in this steel mold and machine automatically releases the stored vacuum into the mold.
- All gases are removed from the cast
- Vacuum level is maintained in the mold until the cast soldifies.

In vacuum die casting the mold is kept at vacuum condition (760 mmHg) to remove the gases while casting. In Bottom Pouring Type Stir Casting Machine this happens automatically once the melt is poured into the mold. Further this process is more efficient in this machine as vacuum is stored in tank and introduced all at once while pouring the melt.
